The Institute for BPM provides three services to you or your organisation:
° Consultancy/Project Support: provides you with practical experience from the industry. You receive senior
management support, on a 1 to 4 days a week basis to help your management to get the job done.
° Training/Workshops: provides you with in house/on the job training to develop your team or individual manager in the necessary management skills, functional knowledge and
industry experience and practice.
° Process Audits: provide you with a gap analysis and feedback on the actual performance of your
sales and customer processes (CRM-audit) and/or your supply chain processes (SCM-audit).
Ultimate goal is to facilitate the development of a customer driven, e-network organisation collaborating throughout your supply chain.
