Goals
The goals of the Institute for Business Process Management are:
1. Consultancy: to advise companies in improving their End-to-End business processes and organisation;
2. Training: to train students, post graduate students, employees and managers in the field of supply chain management, e-business and retailing;
3. Publishing: to publish books which enhance the knowledge of managing End-to-End business
processes.
